적용 대상	아래 외국인을 제외한 모든 장기체류자격 외국인 - 외교(A-1), 공무(A-2), 협정(A-3), 영주(F-5), 난민인정자(F-2)·그 가족(F-1), 인도적체류허가자·난민신청자·그 가족(G-1), 무국적자
	체류자격 부여, 체류기간 연장 , 체류자격 변경, 근무처 변경·추가 민원업무에 적용
